Job Description:
- Answer chats and respond to technician requests
- Handle incoming chat interactions with technicians, including concurrent chat sessions.
- Place applicable orders in the computer system
- Provide technicians with product and service information, including technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Identify, research and resolve technician issues/requests as trained
- Transfer contacts to appropriate staff when necessary as trained
- Document notes, reports and logs on the appropriate account
- Alert Team Manager of trends and technical problems
- Meet client contractual goals and metrics while providing excellent service
- Recommend process improvements
- Follow assigned schedule and adhere to the attendance policy
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills Required:
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and flexible with the ability to learn client-driven material
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills. The ability to operate with several tools/windows opened simultaneously.
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
